RETURNS
As a U.K. customer, you have the right to make returns within fourteen days of receiving the goods.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's own expense.
To ensure the return is approved, return all goods in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We ask you to please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Before you send the goods in the post, you must inform us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will then wait up to 14 days for the goods to arrive.
We reserve the right to reject any return at any time if:

The goods appear in any way worn or used

The goods are altered in any way

The goods are odorous

The goods are damaged

The goods and relevant branded packaging are not present in their entirety

There is a suspicion of fraud
All valid return requests will be processed and refunded within fourteen working days of us receiving the goods back in-house. It is recommended to use a signed-for service to avoid loss. Contact customercare@redticketsales.com for any queries
